Our accommodation consists of spacious, full height walk-in units, individually heated and insulated for comfort all year round.
All units have their own covered outdoor exercise area fitted with shelves of varying heights. The walk-in units also have shelves ideal for viewing the world outside from the comfort of inside. The units open onto a corridor with secure doors at each end.
Beds and fleecy bedding are provided, but you are most welcome to bring your cat`s own bed or bedding.
We believe that something from home is important to help cats settle, especially those who are new to boarding. Toys, brushes/combs, scratching posts large or small are all very welcome.
A wide selection of quality food both wet and dry is available.
As a general rule adult cats are fed twice daily, kittens and elderly cats according to their individual needs. If your adult cat is used to more frequent meals we are happy to oblige.
We regret that we cannot supply food prescribed by your vet, so if your cat is on a prescription diet, please bring sufficient for your cat’s stay with us.
Marion provides the day to day care in the cattery.
We are happy to accept cats on medication.
Time is set aside for grooming, for playing, lap time or just chat time! for our guests both young and old.
Every cat is an individual at Howpark and their care is planned around their needs. Our aim is to have a calm routine throughout the cattery day in order to help the cats in our care to feel relaxed and secure.
